ChromoJet works with a nozzle system, which injects the color directly into the flor of the carpet.
The function is similar as with an office printer:
Nozzles are arranged in color's groups, which are installed on a mobile carriage again.
This carriage drives the nozzles over the mat back and forth and opens and closes
up to 400 times per second - according to the instructions from the computer.
Color system:
Chromojet works with spotcolors.
A color blending on the Substart is only reduced possible by the relatively rough dissolution.
This is not desired, since the ChromoJet technology is comparable with high-quality Web commodity in the result.
With the 16 standard colors great results are obtained. Special colors are possible against surcharge.
